Everyone knows that Nevada insurance rates are no joke, and I thought my Progressive policy was as good as it gets—until I talked with Desirae. In about 15 minutes, she got me switched to State Farm, saving nearly $90 a month and giving me better coverage, including roadside assistance and extras I didn’t have before. I’m a skeptic by nature, but she proved me wrong. Definitely worth the call. Oh, and the other part. She seamed almost pleased to break down all that insurance jargon into something that allowed me to actually make an informed decision about my policy. Great customer service.

Rebecca was very persistent. I didn't want to take the time to change as I was with another company but State Farm was well worth it. The homeowners insurance is substantially less expensive and to bundle makes a huge difference. She took care of everything and was easy to deal with thank you so much!!!
