One thing we don't shy away from is feedback and I'm sure with over 300 reviews here and over 98% of them highly positive, you can be the judge of that. Secondly, your review states that "my tone" was rude, considering all we did was share emails, I am surprised how you could pick up " a tone" from written words. You are more than welcome to share what "rude remarks'' I sent to you in my email. Otherwise, then you are pretty much sharing malicious info with the intent to cast a bad reputation on my business. Why you'll go this length to post this, after we wished you well on your departure from my office is beyond my imagination. You also mentioned "partial following of instructions"; once again kindly share what instructions you asked that we didn't follow. You asked to cancel your policies, and we did within minutes and sent you email confirmation. So once again, you seem to be spreading false info. You also mentioned that we shared personal info of a past customer, first I'm sure it took a lot of scrolling for you to find that 1 bad review, and if you read my comment, you'll also notice how the customer was practically making untrue statements. Nothing we share is considered private or sensitive info. Stating that someone's policy cancelled due to them not paying their bills doesn't fall under personal information. You then mention that you canceled all your policies due to ''my tone", when you clearly mentioned cost of premium as your reason for cancellation via email, a fact that you have also conveniently left out here. So which is it? Finally, we wish you all the best in your new company and sincerely suggest that, leaving false info on business page due to your personal internal dialogue and lack of substantial proof is not a good look. have a wonderful day!"

Every online request is sent to us and we send it to State Farm for review. So what request are you referring to here? How could you have corrected a coverage online, when there is no "online processing"?
